“When I first walked in, there were about five people ahead of me and Cat was the only employee working. She was making subs, taking everyone’s orders, and handling everything on her own. The entire time she was professional, efficient, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly. She never seemed overwhelmed or made anyone feel rushed, even with the line continuing to move. She truly was amazing! I was so impressed with how well she handled everything by herself. Cat definitely deserves recognition for her hard work and great customer service!“

“I love the chipotle on West Genesee even when they’re busy this staff is always really nice for some reason. Their food always tastes great there’s one young lady. I admire so much. She has short brown hair probably is in her early to mid 20s. I think she should be running the place if she’s not running the place already. She handles everything like a boss. She was on the online station yesterday around 8/9 pm. The guy making the blows was really doing a great job! He kept the station clean and was getting orders out. They cook kept the food coming and he was focused. They were short staffed but got the job done. The weight was long, but the food was perfect no complaints. No one was frustrated because they know this is the best Chipotle in Syracuse. I don’t who does the hiring but I also love the staff there. Especially the young lady with cool glasses👓.

“Absolutely love this McDonalds, I ask to add tomatoes, onions, pickles to my Mc chicken and they do an absolute fantastic job! Other than any other McDonald that rush & it’s sloppy!

“My daughter and i and my two grandsons, ages 3 &6 were at the Township 5 restaurant (store 13827) on SuperBowl Sunday at about 5:30. We mobile ordered a family meal to eat in the restaurant. They were busy with a lot of drive through but our food was ready in a short amount of time and was fresh and enjoyable. The crew of workers were polite and courteous. The Manager, Michael was so nice to use and to my grandsons. He went above and beyond! Thank you Michael, all mangers should take a lesson from you. We will be back soon.“

“We ordered the poutine and the Bacon Double Cheese fries. First off for it being in the mall the prices were amazing for the amount you get. Second this was the best poutine I’ve had outside of Canada. Third the staff were super friendly and service was fast!! I will definitely stop here next time I’m at the mall.“

Compared to other locations of the same chain, this one seemed better managed. The staff was polite, and the dining area was clean. And want to make you happy. 0 For the fact that Arbys corporate has ruled that the customer has no say in what is served. I went in to get my husband and myself something to eat. Found out they can no longer serve home style fries. All they can have now is those horrible spicy fries. Left and went next door too Wendy's. Prefer Arbys but not without the home style fries“
