“Pulled right up to order and a girl kept stopping and walking away after asking for our order, I pulled up to a second window that was open and no one was there. Pulled up to the next one and told them what happened and two girls started arguing and walked away. My husband wanted me to drive off but I said give it a second.The manager Eric came to the window was very nice, he apologized for the inappropriate behavior. He was very professional and handled our entire order and gave us extra fries and cookies. Thank you. We will be back because of him.“

“We just stopped at this subway (with our large family) and the supervisor Macey did a fantastic job! We go to subways often and it is hit and miss with how well/ efficient the workers complete the order. But when Macey started making our sandwiches, she was quick, thorough and so pleasant!Thanks for wonderful service today!“

When I had walked in, it was packed in the middle of the week, but they moved right along, and it actually was a fundraiser for a local school, but they still performed to their best and In-N-Out you go..“

“I was on my way from airport to Auburn and I had dinner in one of the popeyes branches, i think it was this branch but I am not sure.
We ordered one of the combo meals, they accidentally gave us half spicy chicken and half non spicy chicken in a box. We mentioned and they immediately apologized and made it up for us and gave us more of the non spicy. The food was good but how they react to our complaint actually fascinated us. They were warm and welcoming.“

“Nina the assistant manager greeted my mom and I as soon as we entered the restaurant. She was welcoming and energetic, made us feel unhurried and important. She took care of us so well, even accommodating our inability to decide what sauces to ask for by giving us a variety of them in our bag. She set the tone with incredibly high service and those working with her were matching the energy she put out. What a great leader! Food was hot, service was quick, prices were reasonable. We'll be back to THIS location because of Nina.“
