“My breakfast was steak & eggs. Usually, when I go to diners, the steaks are thin and tough. This steak was thick and properly cooked. I opted out of home fries and replaced it with fresh cooked spinach. With two poached eggs, everything was delicious. My server was Alisha. She had a pleasant disposition and was very attentive. This will definitely be a regular stop. It's definitely worth a visit.The NO KARENS sign put a smile on my face.Parking: They have a big paved lotWheelchair accessibility: No stairs.”

“This was a real treat for me. I was in the area for a Dr's appointment and it was my first time in town. After the appointment I needed something mild for my stomach. I found this place on Google, stopped in to check out the menu, and ordered some Chicken Pho. It was super tasty and available as gluten free. The woman who waited on my was very nice and checked in on me several times, which I appreciated very much. “Everyone we(my sister and I) interacted with today was super inclusive and extremely friendly. Can't say thank you enough to Tara and the 2 girls at the hostess stand. “I don't live near Uncle Mike's Hometown Pizza. Iwish I did. I was shopping near by and broughthome a pizza and wings. Bakery grade crust, great sauce, good toppings. NOT greasy and thin. It was good! The place was clean and bright. The blue cheese dressing was great, too.”

“I was in town for a function at the NY state fairgrounds. Pulled this up on Google for "best restaurants near me" and gave it a try. I was not disappointed. I had never been to an Indian eatery before and was feeling brave so I ordered the Fish Vindaloo along with one of their Indian Beers. I love spicy food so the Vindaloo was a hit. The beer hit the spot as well. Great place to checkout if you are in the Syracuse area!”

“Very nice little Greek spot for lunch. The lamb Gyro was amazing! First time having Kalamata olives in there, but it was tastefully done. Definitely will go there again when I’m the area.”

“Love the Mexican decor makes the ambiance warm and friendly. Greeted at the door and seated right away, waitress came promptly with warm homemade chips and salsa and suggested the queso, which was creamy cheesy with pieces of pickled jalapeño making it slightly zesty very good. The pico de gallo is fresh made with tomato, onion, and lots of cilantro which we love!! The chimichanga and the tamale were stuffed full with tender moist pulled chicken seasoned perfectly. The Spanish rice was perfect accompaniment. There are several options for main items as well as sides and also a choose 3. One soda one water meal was under $50.”

“The food and setting is excellent with a very nice menu selection. Our server, not as much. Christy? was very efficient to the point we're we felt like a nuisance in her next task. She was visible frustrated when we asked questions about the portion size of the daily special appetizer. She did a very perfunctory check-in but felt like she was just doing it to check the box. We'll definitely go back... we'll just sit at the bar during future lunches.”

“Stopped in to have a drink or so and to listen to some live jazz boogie and some rag time music.... It was very enjoyable.... They have live music every Thursday no $$$ to enter this quaint historic building.... Dinner and other food is also available.... Well worth stopping in....”

“Hadn't eaten at this restaurant for several years, but glad I stopped today for lunch as I had a great meal. I ordered the Chop Steak with a side of french fries. First to arrive was my drink with complimentary bread. The bread had a delicious yeasty honey-bran flavor which I enjoyed with some butter while waiting for my entree. The meat in the large burger patty was lightly packed, juicy, and cooked perfectly to order. The bordelaise sauce with mushrooms (I asked that the caramelized onions be omitted) was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch at a very reasonable price. The interior of the restaurant is well appointed, and the service was outstanding. I will be back soon to try other items on their menu.”
