Their ice cream cakes are so delicious, but talk about Customer Service…I wanted a gift card for Valentine’s Day, didn’t realize they are closed Monday-Wednesday, messaged the shop & Kristen met me with a gift card! Thank you!
Tried Charlee's for the first time because I saw they had ice cream nachos and I was dying to try them. We waited in line for 45 minutes and they were out of several flavors, including soft vanilla, so I had to do hard ice cream. I'm sure it was just a busy day though. The nachos were delicious so I'd go back.

We had a birthday party and it was awesome! The package included everything you'd need. There was no need to decorate or clean up on my part, which I loved. I would have purchased a few more decorations to include with theirs, but it was still nice. Each kid had a coloring activity and they played 2 rounds of Birthday Bingo before pizza. It was so cute seeing the kids decorating their own cakes and making their own sundaes. I would definitely recommend a kids party here!
