Great experience, great service
I stopped here for a quick meal during a busy day, and the service was surprisingly efficient. My order was ready within minutes, and everything was fresh and hot. Compared to other locations of the same chain, this one seemed better managed. The staff was polite, and the dining area was clean. It’s not always easy to find fast food that actually feels fresh, but this location delivered. It made a quick lunch break much more enjoyable than expected.
Nina the assistant manager greeted my mom and I as soon as we entered the restaurant. She was welcoming and energetic, made us feel unhurried and important. She took care of us so well, even accommodating our inability to decide what sauces to ask for by giving us a variety of them in our bag. She set the tone with incredibly high service and those working with her were matching the energy she put out. What a great leader! This Arby's is clean, with plenty of vegetarian options, perfect parking, and is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is priced in the middle range.
