“As a truck driver I drive the Thruway a lot and with coffee shops not being open late this is one of my go-to stops. Mainly because they actually have cookies there that they bake .in house. If you're looking for a coffee and a treat fix definitely want to make a stop here. It is inside the pit stop gas station. And they also have food that is made to order. I will say I do wish they had some pizza out late at night but otherwise good service good coffee and good cookies“

“We stopped into this wonderful place during the Dickens Christmas 2023 festival and could not have left any happier. They have a great selection of pizza slices and side dishes ready to go along with plenty of made to order options. The food was delicious and sampled quite a bit of it. The icing on the cake was our group contained 6 adults and 2 small children and the bill for our feast was LESS than $100! Valentine's was a fun part of our day and will definitely be part of our plans when we return to Skaneateles.“
“The staff here is amazing. The food is fresh and delicious. They care about customer service. I asked for extra chicken salad and I got extra. They don’t play games here and I like that. They no doubt care about your satisfaction. My fries were too salty and I asked them for unsalted fries and they went ahead and made them for me. This whole staff deserves much praise, recognition and raises asap. Makes me want to specifically only come to this branch. Clean restaurant and well managed. Highly recommend this location!“
“They have ample parking. Everything was very fresh. I ordered a six inch tuna sub it was good. The whole store was very clean. I ate inside the store. Was surprised at how many people there were and how busy it got. All the staff are friendly and professional. This location seems to get a lot of business from the hotel located across the street.“
“It's not the Pizza Hut you know and love from the 90s, although the decor inside probably still is. The food just doesn't taste the same. I feel like Pizza Hut changed the recipes. At any rate, this location in particular had nice service and the food came out quickly and hog. It was a bit sticker shock looking at the bill to be honest..$8 for a one trip salad bar which the menu hadn't even listed. Probably because they know it wouldn't sell lol. Anyway, will I be back? Absolutely.“
“I went in with a somewhat off menu request and the owner, who just happened to be there, was very accommodating in fulfilling my request. His staff was very professional, friendly and made my lunch break. After meeting the owner and his staff I would recommend this Subway with a five star endorsement.“
“went here for ice cream and wow was it good! i got black raspberry soft serve (so good) and my partner got panda paws and cake batter sundae. also delicious! it's a small little place with some seating inside and plenty of parking outside. will definitely be back.“
