I’ve never had a problem here in all the time I’ve been coming here. Today I felt like putting a review since darling and nita I believe their names were treated me so well. Really went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Do yourself a favor and come here.
They were nice, but got my order wrong. The food quality reminded me of a TV dinner only more expensive.
Special thank you to Darlene!!! Tonight after visiting the store her excellent customer service and satisfaction we received as we rushed to catch the location a few minutes before closing time. Darlene THANK YOU!!

KFC of Utica offers a generally positive dining experience with fresh, hot food. Customers praise the crispy chicken and well-prepared sides, noting that the food is consistently good. The dining area is clean, well-lit, and comfortable, making it a good spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Many appreciate the friendly and respectful staff, as well as the welcoming atmosphere, which is considered kid-friendly and accessible for wheelchairs. Parking is plentiful, adding to convenience.
However, service can sometimes be a drawback. Some customers experienced delays and limited interaction with staff, especially during busy times or when using the drive-thru. For instance, ordering at the counter or through the drive-thru may involve waiting longer than expected, and communication issues with employees have been noted. One customer mentioned that online ordering might help avoid some of these delays. Despite these minor hiccups, staff efforts to make up for missing items and the overall quality of food make the restaurant a worthwhile visit. Overall, KFC of Utica is appreciated for its good food, friendly environment, and ample parking, with some room for improvement in service efficiency.
