My chicken breast had a wadded up straw paper underneath the skin. Customer service is basically non-existent. they would not give me my refund only a credit for less than what I paid for the meal. Will never go back there again. Manager is worthless also.
I ordered online and my food wasn't ready until ~10-15 minutes after the time it was suppored to be. Not a huge issue for me here, but it bothered me a little. The food was pretty good at least. Their bbq sauce tasted kinda weird to me, but the sweet and sour sauce was good. My nuggets were also pretty good without any sauce.
Not the best kfc…slow and ignore you half the time!
