Normally I am really happy with this Panera but today we ordered on the mobile app for pickup around 6pm and my Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich barely had ANY chicken salad on it. Very disappointed.
I went into the restaurant to order takeout, The staff was wonderful, from the guy that took my order to the people preparing it and the manager, she was right there with the team helping to put my order together, another team member asked me if I had Christmas plans, I told her mainly making sure my Granddaughter had a good Christmas, at that point the manager came from food prep to give me a cookie to give to my Granddaughter, I was very impressed, I had never been to...read full review
