Excellent customer service with 45 minutes until close. Order taker was alert, spoke clearly, and was engaged with me. I was able to get my food faster than any other nearby establishment, which was refreshing.My only complaint is the fries could have been filled more and the Mac n Cheese didn't appear fresh. Look forward to updating my review when I go during a busier time.

This place sucks! Food order is never right. Sent husband to grab food made mistake of choosing KFC. Spent over $22 food , missing items ie coleslaw , orders 3 piece strips got 3 chicken legs. Flat soda complete waste of money. I would give it a negative if i could. Wont be eating here again. Going out to eat now days is a luxury. Wont waste money here again.

With the recent "Chicken Wars" being touted in the local media, I decided to visit the OG chicken place in Cicero. I was not surprised being the oly customer with the line 50 deep standing outside of the new place across the street.I ordered a 3 piece extra crispy meal with 3 small sides and a biscuit. I had just enough time to fill my drink from the fountain and pick a table and it was up.It was hot, and as "fresh" as it could get and I left very happy. It hit the spot and I felt my money went to something that I was satisfied with.Excellent service, keep it up.

When I got home and looked in my bag the pouch the chicken sandwich comes in to keep it warm was not only left completely open but was torn down the side. The chicken itself may have been the toughest chicken I have ever bitten into which tells me it's been sitting there for much longer than it's secondary shelf life which is something I think the health department might be interested in looking into. This is not the first time I've had issues with this location but it is the worst and certainly the last.

Service was horrible. Ordered on the app. Told it was ready. Had to wait an additional 40 minutes for the food. They were only concerned with the drive through orders. I can't tell you how many cars went through while I was waiting for my 8 piece meal. I will never go back.

I ordered the chicken potatoe bowl. it was pre made. The chicken was not fresh. There were 4 pieces of chicken and maybe a heaping teaspoon of corn. There wasn't much Gravy and you knew it had been made up for quite a while. They use to be made when you ordered it. It was definitely not worth $6.00.I won't be back.Dietary restrictions: Extremely salty

Service was good food was terrible ordered three piece chicken meal I got one drumstick at two backs I think they were couldn't even identify what type of meat it was to be honest with you you could ring them out they were so full of grease you could literally see the grease blistering on top of it and I ordered it to go and they supplied no napkins at all who eats fried chicken with no napkins haven't been to KFC in quite some time probably won't be returning anytime soon not sure what happened they used to have really good food but not So Much Anymore

I went to KFC the other day and my son opened up his kids meal nuggets and said one of them had a bite in it! I couldn’t prove it and bring it back bc I was already home and didn’t check my food before I left; and I always check, but that one day I was in a hurry so I was highly disgusted by that! Also, every time I get my son’s kids meal they barely give him fries and I always have to ask for more as well as fresh fries bc they’re not always fresh and hot ? … Another day they put all the food in 1 bag and when I asked can they separate them, they told me to pull around bc someone was ordering but wasn’t behind me which made no sense at all … There was also one time I went in and let the manager know that the night before they switched the drink flavor because I asked could they fill it up, she was vary kind and even offered two free drinks ? … I went inside today bc when I asked could they separate the food they took my biscuits out bc I checked my food before I left and when I looked at the drive thru I saw they have a B+ rating and I understand why they do now… I love KFC but it sucks I have to check my food and ask for fresh food. I hate writing a negative review but after experiencing multiple let downs, I had to voice my opinion! Now today my fiancé went and these are the fries I got! I swear their service is getting worse and worse and it’s better to go inside and check your food to make sure you actually get what you pay for.

Absolutely horrible never going back my mom found a chewed up piece of gum that she bit into her coleslaw it was so disgusting they did nothing about it when we called we will NEVER BE GOING BACK TO ANY KFC AGAIN!!!!!if I can give it a 0 I would they are so dirty and disgusting shame on you for this and shame on you for supporting a genocide !!!!!!!

I give no stars for service. I’ve had issues with this store before, ie-to go orders wrong and more than once getting home and finding items missing/wrong but today was final straw-sat at to go speaker almost 2 minutes without anyone acknowledging me so as the line was building behind me I pulled forward thinking speaker was broke. The window person told me, with attitude, I had to pull around behind line of cars again to order-nope! Next time I want a KFC fix I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to clay…done done done with this store, oh and gave my $30 to another fine to go restaurant down the road
