I have been enjoying the Buffalo Wild Wings in the last 20 years. I have been in many locations Burlington, platsburg and others . My experience in Watertown was very bad. We waited for our food for at least 30 min , my wife got her food before us . Most of tables who came after us were served for some reason not us . Our server Venus was very nice trying to keep us patients but it appeared that she was struggling with the kitchen staff.

I came in late from out of town and ordered food to be picked up at 11pm. I stood there waiting for it until 11:17. I got to the hotel room and realized the kid meal that was supposed to be a burger, onion rings and milk was only a burger. No milk, no onion rings. They were clearly listed on the slip stuck to the bag. I tried to call them repeatedly, but no one would answer the phone.
