delicious food, fair prices, hard- working staff... line can get long bcuz they're so popular but moves along fast :)
Great experience! I’m staying in Watertown for a few weeks and I wanted to get Chipotle. I noticed the reviews for this location are low, but I don’t see why? They must have made some major improvements over the past few months. It was clean and despite being busy, I was helped by staff pretty quickly. My food was delicious and a huge portion! I will definitely visit this location again during my stay here.
Hit or miss with the quality of food, but it's good and what you expect more often than not 80/20. Staff tend to be pleasant. The biggest drawback if the crowds, lines, and wait times for mobile orders. Either order well in advance, or prepare to wait awhile

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers good food and friendly service, with a special mention for the Watertown location. Despite high prices, the counter staff are accommodating, even offering a birthday meal on the house. The team at this Chipotle is praised for their efficiency and positive attitude, making even large orders a fun experience. Customers appreciate the consistently good meals and the kindness of staff members. However, some find the prices to be very high, especially when ordering multiple items like burritos, guacamole, and queso. There are occasional concerns about the saltiness of the chicken and the speed of service when only one employee is handling orders, which can lead to longer wait times. Despite these issues, the friendly staff and tasty Mexican-inspired meals make this Chipotle in Watertown NY a popular spot for regulars and visitors alike.
