“Update: SHOUT OUT TO MARY AND CANDICE COMPLETELY RECTIFIED THIS SITUATION AND TOOK CARE OF ME IN THE MOST PROFESSIONAL WAY POSSIBLE.10/27/23 11:30PM. Ordered almost 30$ worth of food on door dash because my husband is in the field tonight. Even called and spoke to Candice before my food got here to make sure it was fresh (it was picked up 5 minutes after ordering so I was concerned) spoke to Candice who was very nice and assured me the food was fresh, but when it arrived it tasted old and spoiled, all of the tortillas were hard and breaking. I called back and spoke to a young man who said he was a manager then gave the phone to an EXTREMELY unprofessional young lady (Anna) who said she was the assistant manager but refused to give me her name. Laughed in the phone and asked me if I had a car to come pick it up. Obviously I don’t because I would have done so begin. Then to make it worst she asked me “are you the person who came here and complained before?” I told her no but asked her if they have this problem all the time and she continued to laugh and offer to replace my food. Contacting corporate because I need to speak to someone higher up because obviously this girl thinks she’s running the store and can’t even be professional enough to do that.“
“Ordered a steak stack. It was delish! I did struggle to finish it. The chips and salsa bar was awesome and was able to try out what was offered. The famous queso was really good on my stack and as a chip dip. Friendly staff, friendly greeting, was awesome to pass the time. Will come again.“
“Today we drive to the United States from Canada as part of my 55th birthday celebration which was today. We planned to have lunch at Chipolte in Watertown NY. We walked in and I was gamefully wearing a 55th tiara my husband gave me. I asked if there was a seniors discount as it was my first day being a senior. I was told no. When we got to the cashier the woman said “happy birthday it is on us”. My goodness my faith in humanity was restore. A complete stranger knew what a treat it was to drive there to have our lunch as our closest chipolte in Canada was 3 hours away. Thank you for he wonderful birthday treat, our lunch on you. I believe this is a mom and pop shop, their organization is very good earning them a 4/5.Rating them lower than that is a bit rude because I would 110% come back and try this place again.Tacos: really awesome “street” tacos taste homemadeBreakfast burritos: not your standard breakfast burrito their potatoes are fries so expect something different overall pretty goodTamales: These made me really sad the only reason being is because there was not a lot of meat in them. There was at least a pinch of meat if they added more meat to them they would be some of my favorite tamales!“
“I wish every Taco Bell could be like this place. I’ve been here a couple times. I travel for work. Everytime I’ve been here the food has been so hot I’ve burned my mouth. I’ve never had hot Taco Bell in my 40 years of life until now. Today I got breakfast and every potato, egg, cheese and item I ordered was FRESH. Yes made to order. Thank you! Your workers give me hope for humans and fast food work in the future.“
“Stopped by today right at closing. The lady working was friendly and happily made my order despite me being there at close after she had already started putting things away. Food was great and atmosphere what you would expect at a px. Best option here!“
“The atmosphere here is a great. So bright and colorful. Food was good. It ended up being a little expensive because they don't do their lunch menu on weekends. The elote which is basically corn dip was really good. And I definitely enjoyed my pretty margarita.“
