A bit disappointing. The flavoured ice coffee was basically just water. Another customer had the same issue and was getting their drink refunded.The hot cappuccino was good. The munchkins were just so so.I guess every location is different as I've had better quality elsewhere.
One of the better dunkins I've been to. Way better than the nasty dunkin on 11 by Ft Drum. Taylor was awesome! She was so nice. The dunkin on coffee and the one on 11 they just ignore you and they seem to hate

Fantastic Experience ?? Right from when we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly energetic employee who was super helpful filling us in on the new seasonal items. We also got a muffin that was very tasty. I think the employees name was Brian and he and the rest of the team nailed it tonight! 10/10 ?
