I visited for the first time at the Lowville NY location. The staff were beyond awesome. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! The product is fantastic! I would love to see a location like this come to Black River NY.

Balanced Nutrition is a convenient spot near work that serves delicious food and drinks. Their Holiday specials and Fruity Pebbles shake are popular items on the menu. The customer service is friendly, with staff engaging in conversations. The power teas are a highlight, providing a energy boost and coming in a variety of flavors. Overall, a great spot to visit daily, despite some inconsistencies in staff attitude.
