“I don't know why we didn't visit this restaurant sooner, but we're happy we ate here tonight. We started by sharing and antipasto salad for two. The ingredients were first rate and the balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. We ate it with some of the complimentary bread and whipped butter. I ordered the 6-oz filet medallions with marsala sauce. It came with angel hair pasta. The steak was cooked as ordered and had a nice char and flavorful seasoning. However, I found the marsala sauce bland and asked for some marinara sauce for the pasta. That was delicious. My wife ordered the flame grilled chicken with a side of sauteed mushrooms. She also enjoyed her meal. The biggest surprise was the desert. We ordered the spumoni tartufo and two spoons. It was outstanding, and definitely large enough to share. It consisted of a ball of chocolate, pistachio, and cherry ice cream surrounded by a hard shell of chocolate, cut into four sections and surrounded by whipped cream, and raspberry and chocolate sauces. It was a wonderful way to end a terrific meal. Our server did an excellent job and the manager stopped by our table to ask how we had enjoyed our meals. Overall, the quality of the food here is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Will be back soon.“

“It’s consistently rated the best restaurant in Syracuse, and there’s a pretty good reason: it’s really, really good. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is delicious. For the quality of food you receive, it’s also shockingly affordable. 2 entrees, 2 alcoholic beverages, and an appetizer was about $75.00.I would say that’s a pretty great deal for one of the best places around.“

I was promptly asked about my not so great experience and they made it right. The food was amazing as it was the first time but service this time was perfect and attentive. This is officially on our list to make a reservation at every time we are in town. Love this place! Thank you pastabilities crew for everything“

“If you’re looking for old school Italian dishes you need to visit Joey’s Italian Restaurant! We started with the calamari steak. It was incredibly delicious and cooked to perfection. We then had the tortellini carbonara which was amazing, and large enough to feed 2 people and we still brought home leftovers. Table-side Caesar salad made for a fun presentation. You won’t regret checking this place out! Our waitress Adeana was so attentive and personable.“

“This place is hands down awesome, the food, the service, ambiance, can't even explain how good it is. Food is always awesome and done to perfection. Not many restaurants in the Syracuse area can even compete with this place. And the owner Charlie is one of the best. Always calls to see how your meal and experience was extremely nice guy. A lot of places have closed in our area. But the wife and I either go here. Or to the other steakhouse up the street. Daniella's located in the best western at the fair. Both places are phenomenal. Highly recommend. Great for live entertainment at times and all you can eat crab legs a few times a month. Located in the fair at the Old empire room.“

“I just left after having dinner and dessert. Not only was this some of the best food I’ve had, it was the best service! I had the pink vodka ravioli and the coconut butter cake (both 10/10). Sam, our waitress, knew the menu like the back of her hand. I was just accepted into Syracuse university, and not only did she take the time to share and chat with us about the city, but she even left such a kind note on our receipt. Truly such a great experience. Sam was absolutely amazing. Out of all the places I’ve eaten at in Syracuse, I HIGHLY recommend Francesca’s.“

“We wound up here by accident. We were trying to go to a restaurant down the road and found out it was carryout only so we found Attilios! Our Server was lightning fast and very attentive. The food portions for the price was great. And just the fact it was hidden in the corner of an apartment building but had a very chic modern look but made you feel like you were 5 star dining. Overall a really good experience and would definetly recommend.“

“I just came from there. The place is outdated and dirty. The floors were gross. Made me wonder about the kitchen. The ladies bathroom door is rotted on the bottom. Air conditioner is old and barely works in the dining room. The people working there do nothing but chat. I was told my check could not be adjusted because the register locks and no one has a key. Where is the manager? Who is running this place? The food such as Cavatalli was over cooked, pasty and grease puddled in the bottom of dish. The potato skins were dry with no flavor. The cherry peppers had cheese all over them. Not what we asked for. The receipt showed an extra charge for that cheese. Open steak was good very good. I just do not think open face is what it should be called. The bread was so tiny underneath the steak, it was ridiculous. Came with three tiny onion petals? Also not what I call worth putting on the plate. Even the garnish was old and yellow on the plate. Just close the dining room. Stick to pizza and the bar. 62 years and nothing has been updated or cleaned. It was a disgrace to go there and see such filth and laziness from what staff you do have. You open at 4, no reason the floors should be nasty by 5pm. Try cleaning before opening. I would not want to work there. I DO NOT RECCOMEND IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SAY ANYTHING ELSE.“
