We were traveling and the weather was not good. We googled places to.eat near the airport in Syracuse. My wife & I stopped in at Basil Leaf on a snowy night, just an hour from closing time. Ordinarily we wouldn’t do that, but it had been a tough day without any decent food, and the weather reduced us to walking over from our hotel room.Candice met us at the front and assured us they were open for another hour and it was just fine, then brought us to a table.The food was fantastic, from the soup of the day (a seafood chowder that was perfect for the weather) to the fabulous pasta...read full review

The deserts were terrible and way over priced. The food was average tasting not what we thought an authentic Italian restaurant would be. Very disappointedVegetarian options: Small amount of vegetarian and no vegan
