The food at Utica Pizza is very good; however, they upcharge for everything. For example, baked ziti costs extra for cheese on it and even extra for a meat ball. Who has baked ziti that doesn't have cheese on it. Plus, the dining area, which is basic at best and loud, is open only with service so you have to leave a tip--even if you only want to eat a piece of pizza. The staff is cordial, at best, but acts like they do you a favor to provide service.
Been there many times...food always right on. ...even called close to closing time, more than once, had the order done - everything right.
