NICE Biscuit is a small, take-out only place with friendly staff. Despite a 20-25 minute wait, the superb biscuits and delicious sauces make it worth it. The Wrangler and Trailblazer sandwiches were yummy, and the Pistachio coffee was tasty. The Nellie dessert biscuit was not too sweet, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. A must-visit spot in Albany, NY for both vegans and non-vegans alike.
