I got the Wrangler, and loved it! It's an entire breakfast or lunch, held between your hands--super savory, with complex flavors and a delicious biscuit. (Also got the Chicky, but haven't tried it yet.) I read some review here warning that you had to order in advance, before the weekend. But I ordered online on a Saturday and picked up 30 mins later.
Nice Biscuit is so great! Does everyone in Syracuse know about this place? They should. I don't know a lot about non-vegan restaurants in Syracuse but I am pretty sure that these breakfast sandwiches beat anything that anyone else is serving on a biscuit. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere- sitting in my car listening to music staring off onto court street was great too. I hope this place stays just the way it is for a long time- its perfect.

So I was unaware that this was a takeout place only. That aside the sandwich was delicious, the biscuits are amazing, and the coffee is so good. I highly recommend for a quick vegan sandwich in Syracuse!!!Vegetarian options: The menu is all vegan.Dietary restrictions: No animals.
