make your own poke....and pork ramen are fantastic....i luv the simplicity of this food...just fresh good ingredients...i guess they used to have octopus but maybe its not in season? i usually do a 3 protein poke with cooked shrimp, raw diced salmon, and raw scallops....green onion, cilantro, pickled ginger cucumber, avacodo, corn, nuts with red chili oil and the soy/toasted sesame sauce....i made lunch and dinner with one order....4 stars...its not cheap but its a good value for all that seafood and just doing a 2 protein poke cuts the coast nearly in half
