“Duke runs the cleanest, most affordable, and, by far, the most authentic Irish pub in Central New York. There are other bars in the area that are great to visit, but Dunn's makes you feel like home, and Duke is a gentleman of he highest order.“
“I ordered boneless wings for pick up on wing night. I got there she gave me my order and I went home. When I got home, I discovered that the wings had bones in them. So I called and explained. She said to give some time and they'd whip up a new batch.Someone from Marble Hill then called back and reminded me to bring the 'wrong' wings back.I got there an hour after my first pick up and the bartender whisked away the 'wrong' wings and went into the back. She said my wings were 'almost done'.I waited at least 5 minutes before they brought out my wings, set them in front of me, and walked away.Not one apology for the wrong order.Not one apology for me having to come back twice.Not one offer of, I dunno, extra wings? A beer while I wait? A coupon? Nothing.They make a mistake, and it costs me money to rectify it (gas, time, etc.) and no one can even acknowledge my inconvenience?They could have at least let me keep the 'wrong' wings and then given me the right ones.I really like Marble Hill a lot, but this experience was lousy.“
“It is a local bar for locals; everyone who came in knew each other, but they did not treat me poorly for just stopping by. The decoration was busy, but not overwhelming. The food was surprisingly tasty and well presented (I only ordered a burger)“
“We were hoping to go to Emerald but the line was so long and I tested my luck at Pino Bianco. Manager James was able to squeeze us in last minute so we could have an Easter dinner. What a saint! They pulled the tables out and made it very easy for my mom in her wheelchair to be able to sit. It was our first time there, and sat near the kitchen, to which we (my parents) got to sample a chef special! I was so surprised and pleased at the vegan options and got ravioli and broccolini. My parents got chicken riggies, Utica greens, and soup and couldn’t stop raving about it. So good! Can’t wait to go back and try out the drinks. 10/10!“
“I stopped by this restaurant from NYC to drop my son off to college and I must say this restaurant caught me by surprise. I had steak with shrimp meal and my husband had a burger and we both said this was the best meat we have ever had. The food was soooo good and FRESH that we have been talking about this restaurant for 6 months and cant wait to go back next week. When we received the bill we both looked at each other in shock lol it was so cheap compared to NYC, seriously cheap lol I was so happy and pleased. I have been to a lot of steak houses and restaurants in the city but this restaurant here is to die for. Service was very friendly, im a black woman so I was skeptical at first hoping I wouldnt face racism because of location but was greeted with smiles and waiter making sure we had everything we needed. This spot is a hidden gem and im addicted to it.“
“Upstate tavern is one of my favorite places to dine. The atmosphere is large and open. Very rustic industrial. The service and servers are always always ALWAYS fantastic. Consistently I can always take a friend there from out of town and know that we will have great service. The gluten free (YES, I will always hammer home the gluten free options here) lack something to be desired. That being said, they have a salmon on the gluten free option that is cooked to perfection and a sauce that its tastefully paired with.“

But the food was amazing. When I made the reservation online I put in a note that it was a 30th birthday celebration. They didn't do anything! However they sang to another table! Was a little disappointed about that. They shouldn't ask for the occasion if they aren't going to act on it“

“We had an Incredible Dinner at the Lakehouse Tonight❤️Jessica, and Rose were Welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable about the Delicious food on the Menu❤️. “From OK and in town while husband was working. Stayed in the AirBnB next door and was so glad this place was open part of the stay! We had garlic Parmesan wings, garlic Parmesan fries and a meat lovers flatbread pizza. I cannot remember the name of the beer I had but it was good. Husband had a 1911 apple cider beer with a shot of apple cinnamon vodka. Thank you Megan! Husband said the wings were in his top 3 all time faves. Pizza was crispy, full of toppings and flavorful. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out hot. Would eat here again any day!“
“Absolutely amazing. My only issue was waiting over a half hour for them to clear the alcohol from my rook because I am under 18. To then get my room to see none of it was actually removed from the room. Personally that is not an issue for me, but for others that could become a very large one. Housekeeping needs to double check before conforming something has actually been done. The front desk staff was wonderful along with everything else“
“Don't judge a book by its cover they say. At first glance the place doesn't look like anything special. Let me tell you though the food was excellent and bursting with flavor. The staff is always cheerful and smiling ear to ear. The ombionece of people made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!“
“Alexanders Thirst Parlor is a great Irish themed bar in Oneida, NY. Bob and Carol Alexander and their sons always are very welcoming to the local regulars or someone visiting for the first time. Great sandwiches are available as well and fresh cooked pop corn for free.“
