Ordered food, was short a bagel. Hey it happens we all make mistakes. Didn't check my bag until I got home.Paid cash but I was just there. Called and said I was short a bagel,( I ordered a signature bagel, a bagel with egg and cheese and the one short was a bagel with cream cheese)she wanted to know if I wanted a refund I said no I paid cash I'll just run back in. Came in, told her I called. From the interaction I could tell she was either the manager or some form of leadership....read full review

This place is great, I've been a few times and I've never had a bad experience, employees do their job quickly and your food is hot when you get it (if it's meant to be) you get a good amount of cream cheese on a bagel but not too much, and their bagels have a good chew to them, the way only a well made bagel can have. I'd come back more if I could
