I'm not quite sure who the owner is of this Dunkin, but they should probably rethink their investment or career. Anything other than being an entrepreneur is probably best for you. This is probably the most consistently bad location in the area. In the mornings, the line is always around the building with very slow service and minimal work staff. Fast service, poor quality. Id rather wait a few minutes longer if it means they value quality more.
