I would have given a 5-star rating, but the last time I visited, there were no donuts on the shelves and the lights were off on the shelves. I have never seen that at a Dunkin' Donuts before in my life. However, on the plus side, I ordered two orders of Snackin' Bacon. Rather than tell me they were out of the product and to order something else, they told me they had run out (of the pre-made stuff) so they pulled out some fresh black pepper bacon and prepared it on the spot. It took a little longer, but damn that stuff is good! Well worth the wait! Not many places these days would bother to go the extra mile, so--THAT WAS WAY COOL!

Today, I went to this Dunkin to purchase 3lb of ground coffee (3 1lb bags). The woman at the register informed me that Dunkin no longer has the 3lb for $20 deal, instead it would be 3 for $30? Other Dunkin’s in the area still have 3 for $20 (ex the Dunkin near Costco in Camillus). I won’t be back for ground coffee.

Always super busy on Sunday mornings and line often 10-15 cars deep. Pretty slow moving and a really long line inside too. Even ordering on the app doesn’t speed things up any.

This is hands down the slowest drive thru I've ever come across. I waited almost 15 mins to get to order, only to be told to wait another 5 mins. You can see inside the place from the drive thru line and there was no customers in there.... don't know what the hold up always is!

Bigger lady working the window today with short hair takes her sweet time doing everything and has no regard for the customer. Took almost 2 minutes to get me my $0.85 in change because she was too busy gossiping with coworkers, and I had to ask her 3 times before I got the correct donuts that I had ordered. She had asked me "what donuts did you order?" I responded with "red velvet, blue-" and she walks away and grabbed a red velvet donut, hands it to me and walks away before I can explain to her that I had more to my order. This went on a couple times, I waited somewhere between 5-10 minutes total at the window, and in the end I still did not get the correct order, and she acted like I was the one inconveniencing her! Every other employee at this location is great that I have interacted with, and the food and coffee is always good too.

Are usually have a good experience at this Dunkin, but this morning was exceptional, I didn’t get a chance to catch his name, but there is a tall, long-haired bearded individual who I would like to personally thank for his expertise and customer service and product knowledge when it came to all of my questions About the establishment and the products. I regret not catching his name, but I truly appreciate this individual and would like them to be recognized for the hard work and dedication to the company.
