Messed my order up 3 times in one transaction.asked for a frozen mocha coffee with whipped cream they gave me a frozen hot chocolate. I had them change it they gave me the same thing 2 more times.finally the women says well its because the mocchas don't come with whip cream.ok so can u make one and add whip cream to it.looks at me confused and says but they don't coke with that.had to ask her to make a frozen coffee with moccah and put whip cream on side then she says oh sure...read full review
I didnt know you can stop making food 2 hours before you close? "we usually dont".....many many times they have served me at 6/630 pm so i dont know what thier excuse is but thats not a good one.
I order daily, as I work down the road. My last 3 or 4 orders, Doordash has had to refund me because this Dunkin can't be bothered to warm up a simple crossoint. I order today and call right after my order is placed to see if I can make sure my crossoint is toasted for once(I NEVER mark for untoasted, I've checked as mistakes happen) whomever answered the phone today (12/19/2023 @ around 9:50am) tried assuring me multiple times that it's impossible for my crossoint to have not...read full review
