This Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The whole coffee shop got orders promptly, with the whole crew pitching in, showing good leadership. The baristas are like bartenders, creating a super social atmosphere. It is an awesome Starbucks, though it gets busy. Everyone works hard and seems to have a great team. For a birthday, the staff was kind and put the cutest artwork on cups. Thanks were given to employees who worked Christmas. Customers need to realize the baristas are human. Favorites include cold brews, lattes, chais, almond milk based frapps, and egg bites. However, one location is not a favorite. The indoor experience was one of the most horrible experiences of customer service. There was no line, yet the wait was so long. The staff approached with an eye roll and heavy sigh. It looked like the staff were tripping over one another and messing up orders. Professionalism should be a constant.
