HORRIBLE. I go here often, and honestly I regret it every time. Some days, it's kind of busy and I get my drink and food 20 minutes after I ordered it and the drink is alright. Most days, I have to wait 40 minutes after I ordered it to receive mediocre not even mixed coffees and refreshers. Unbelievable. A worker even told me once to order it earlier if I didn't like the amount of time I had to wait. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO ORDER IT EARLIER. You took 40 minutes to make 2 drinks and 2 food items! The workers are nothing but lazy and rude and slow. You need to hire more staff and make sure they are respectful. I can't believe the disrespect I've had to endure just trying to drink a coffee. Disgusting. Not to mention, the entire atmosphere is just stressful. It truly angers me. I have places to be, I don't want to spend 40 minutes waiting for 2 drinks and 2 food items. Honestly, not that difficult. At this rate, I'd go behind the counter and learn how to make both drinks and make both food items under 40 minutes. I am beyond furious at this Starbucks. Outrageous.

Ask for extra chocolate chips, get less than half of the normal recipe .... Common for this chain, as a barista, should be able to understand custom orders ... Could be worse, but if u don't get what you asked for, should be a sign on the window that at least acts a disclosure saying "Mystery Drinks".

This Starbucks has never been good but the people have been nice and it’s been on my way. I have had two instances now where I have left without mobile orders (and there’s no way to refund through app) because of how slow they are. Now the past few days they just decided to close the lobby but there’s no notice on the app. So now you have to wait to pickup your mobile order in a drive through (instead of just closing the lobby for in store orders). The baristas who are there are always slammed and I’m not surprised the company as a whole is dealing with a strike, pay them more so they come to work!

45 minutes for a mobile ordered coffee. Absolutely Ridiculous how long it takes for a cappuccino to be made. Why do we even mobile order if we have to wait another 30 minutes after we arrive?!? Wild!

Good service, always room to sit down and do work, good vibes. There’s a manager who is often around and they are quite kind. Music could be a liiiiiiittle softer, but they are often playing good tunes!Parking: Often people run in and out getting pickup, so there’s lots of parking in this medium sized lot.

I normally like coming here to get food and drinks! But today I went inside instead of the drive thru and the guy at the front counter had an attitude with me. I felt extremely uncomfortable asking for certain things like to remove something from my order or what’s in this certain drink. My apologies if he is having a bad day but do not treat customers like that try to smile and make a comforting atmosphere for all!

This Starbucks is typically my go to, but the drive thru makes me not want to come back. The pothole in the direct driving path of the drive thru window is so large and unsafe. Please fix this.
