“First it's the friendly people that work there! The first time I went in was when I was working over in the plaza and I was greeted as soon as I came in mostly it seems quiet there which is nice. But quiet doesn't mean that no one is coming in because well I was waiting for my drink, smoothie and waffle they had a steady stream of people coming in. After having my tea,smoothie and waffle I can absolutely understand why! not only are the people who work there nice and helpful since it was my first time there I did have some questions that they answered. But the tea is great! the first time I got the Lavender Milk tea with boba,it was a nice balance of Lavender with enough sweetness and milk to have it be a nice afternoon drink. I also got the Orange Smoothie with rainbow jellies I upgraded to the larger since it was my lunch and it was refreshing, tasty and well worth the cost to have a healthy lunch, the rainbow jellies added to the fruit flavor of the smoothie making it almost a different flavor with each sip! The Pandon waffle with Ube icecream is a nice addition to everything it's made fresh there to order and it's a nice light almost vanilla flavor on its own but adding the ube icecream enhanced the flavor both work well and it's Gluten free! I've also gotten the green tea and mango with boba, a strawberry banana smoothie and move over Starbucks because if you think you've had dragon fruit from them and like it. You'll love the real deal with them! They also have some fruits on the menu that you don't see everyday like Jackfruit,Lychee,and Durian! I haven't been brave enough yet to try them but I definitely will! You won't regret giving them a try! oh and definitely sign up for their membership! you get upgrades and birthday treats with it!“

“Only been here twice but love it. Chill atmosphere and the best boba I’ve ever had. Second time I dropped my drinks and they were nice enough to remake them without charging me. They didn’t have to do that and I felt so bad. But that alone earns them 5 stars, not even mentioning the amazing drinks, donuts and corn dogs. Thank you again ?“

“I’ve only ever ordered on DoorDash (I’m a bit of a homebody) but I was BLOWN AWAY by how good their sushi burritos are! Easily the best sushi I’ve had. All of the ingredients taste so fresh, even after the 15-20 minute drive to my house! I’m not a huge tea fan, but love popping bobas, so I just order it with extra sugar! Today, I tried their macarons and they were also unbelievably delicious. I am so glad to have this restaurant as an option in my city!“

“As visitors to Syracuse, we decided to come to Destiny USA as it is such a big mall. To add to the experience, we also purchased their Fun Pass. We decided to use a voucher on Moochi, located in the food court, since it sounded quite good that you can claim a moochi donut or original rice dog PLUS a special drink! We opted for their strawberry moochi donut which was soft and chewy, not too sweet, and had good flavor. For our specialty drink, we ordered the Moochi Matcha which was so cute! The drink was aesthetically made with a cute cat lid (it had ears and a face!) The beverage was tasty but did not have enough matcha flavor. It was definitely on the sweeter side but tolerable. Overall, it was refreshing, especially for the summer heat.

Service was friendly. When we inquired about what their most popular flavors were out of the remaining selections, they made recommendations and answered other questions as well. I think this might be a family business as all three days I was in the mall, I noted the same three people working. A man in the back who usually tends to the rice dogs, then the three female employees in the front who manage the cash and drinks. This spot occasionally gets busy with a couple orders as there is about a 7-10 minute wait for orders.

Update: we ended up visiting Moochi again the day after and tried another one of their donut flavors, crème brûlée, which was deliciously sweet with a nice toasty flavor. I recommend their mango pomelo specialty drink as it was less sweet and had more fruit flavor! We ended up liking this drink so much we got it twice.“
