“This cafe is an absolute gem! The workers are kind and provide fantastic service, the menu is extensive in food and drink options, and the atmosphere is the perfect cozy coffee shop. I came here with an old friend and it was by far the best spot to sit and chat. There is no music, so it's peaceful and relatively quiet, except for the ambient noises of the espresso machine and nearby customers chatting. Their cold brew was some of the best I've had, with a rich and bold flavor, and the bagel with avocado that I ordered was plated beautifully and absolutely delicious! Not to mention, the prices of this place are some of the best I've seen. Usually coffee shops with a pleasant atmosphere are incredible priced up, but these are even cheaper than a Dunkin' or Starbucks! Also, as a queer person, it was one of the only places in Central Square area that I've felt safe in! No weird looks from customers or workers, and exceptional service! My friend and I had finished our coffees and were chatting for another 2 hours and a gentleman came all the way up to the loft to bring us ice water unprompted! In addition to the incredible service and atmosphere, it's wonderfully clean and crisp. They have a modern yet cozy interior, with huge windows to let in tons of natural light! Side note for parents: they have a changing table in their bathroom (which is really clean) and multiple high chairs for customer use! 100/10. Might be my favorite cafe in all of CNY.“

“Great Location for a fast grab n go drive up. Just not at peak hours. They could use a few more peeps on duty to proccess orders, especially when the driveup is backed up out to the road.Parking: Parking can be difficult at peak hours as drive up getts backed up. But other wise easy parking.“

“We had a quick stop for couple burgers, just to fill us up. My son says that his 1/4 pounder was the best one he had ever had! I had literally one little chunk, and it was very good. So I don't know what you are doing but keep up the great work.“

“I recently was in the area for a function for the week and was looking for a locally owned and run place not one of the chains that we are know. I stopped in January 23rd amd 25th and am so glad I did. It is small and very inviting. The staff was very welcoming and answered my numerous questions. I very much like the variety of unique menu items they have. The food was great. A wonderful experience all the way around. I will be back for sure. This place is a gem.“

“Ink Corner Cafe is this chill spot in Cicero that's perfect for hanging out with friends. They have a ton of smoothies and in Cafe made bakery items, the cafe also has goldfish, so it's never boring, and the atmosphere is super relaxed. The coffee is good, but the real star of the show is the grilled cheese. They have like ten different options, all with crazy ingredients, and they're all delicious. My only complaint is that it can get a little crowded sometimes, especially on weekends. Still, it's a cool place to escape the usual Cicero scene, so I definitely recommend checking it out.“

“Super nice people that work there. They're usually busy, but they work hard to get the food and drinks out quickly. Usually very clean and one of the few fast food restaurants in Auburn that seems to still take pride in their work. Polite, professional, and friendly service.“

“Absolutely love coming here. I work in Brewerton and every morning and throughout the day I can smell the coffee being roasted here. I’ve smelled it as far as Morgan rd in clay. There’s certain businesses in central NY that make this place what it is and I think Paul deLima’s is one of the major cornerstones of central NY.“

“I come to this dunkin at least once but most of the time twice a day. I've been to almost every Dunkin in the Liverpool/clay and surround areas. This is by far the most consistent and most definitely the fastest even with a wrap around line. My coffee is always exactly the same and never any grounds in the bottom. I don't ever write reviews but they deserve one the staff is always on point!“

“I've been here several times and I can honestly say that the food has always been good. I mostly come for breakfast, they always make my eggs perfect ( I like them over medium) the bacon is always perfectly cooked and the food is very good. Service is kinda hit or miss, this visit I never even got my coffee warmed up... my wife however did get a refill of her juice. Still better service than Applebee's and this little diet was packed with only what looked like 2 waitresses.“

“This is by far my favorite Starbucks location out of any other I have been to. Their service…. Chefs kiss. I go there almost every day and get a coffee. Every time I pull up to even the drive thru menu for them to take my order, nothing but great energy first thing in the morning. And it’s always consistent! When I pull up to the check out window, they immediately go out of their way to compliment me, telling me I look like I’m going to take on the world today, that they love my hair, or that I’m a complete vibe. It’s not your scripted customer service shpeel. They seem to genuinely care about setting you up for a great day. It’s truly the best part of my morning, especially when I have to go spend the next 8 hours at my desk. Sometimes they even leave little notes on your coffee sleeve. Not to mention, food and drinks never disappoint, always hot and come out quick. Love you Starbucks. Thank you for always starting my day off right.“

“Amazing service!! I didn't get her name but this crew member should a 100% be made a manager she had incredible customer service and was efficiently fast paced and very attentive. I really suggest this dunkin for next time you're in the area and need a coffee fix with some good energy.“
