We had a shopping trip for work and we took our residents to the mall to go shopping. We decided before we left they all wanted coffee or a hot beverage when we got there customer service was amazing due to use having to do all separate orders. All the employees where amazing at help them choose drinks and they everything. Sadly one of the residents threw his hot chocolate on the floor due to it being hot. Right in the mall. Drinks were good. Service ok. Usually, I use the app but decided to order at the counter since I was there. First, no one at the counter, so I used touch screen. Then, when I had issues, the clerk just looked at me. No help. Drinks were fine, though.

I run on Dunkin and I love their coffee! The service is always excellent here and the fact I use the app and order ahead so when I get here I just pick it up and go. I definitely would recommend Dunkin to anybody who loves coffee and fun seasonal snacks and drinks!
