“Stepping into Sam's Cafe at the outlet mall today was nothing short of a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming ambiance that promised a cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of shopping. What truly set Sam's Cafe apart was the exceptional quality of their coffee. I had the pleasure of trying their frappuccino, and I must say, it was fantastic. The blend of flavors was perfect, with just the right amount of sweetness and a robust coffee kick that you hope for in a top-notch frappuccino. It's clear that Sam's Cafe doesn't compromise on quality, using premium ingredients to craft a drink that truly stands out.Equally impressive was the hospitality shown by the owner. Their genuine warmth and friendliness made me feel right at home, adding a personal touch that is often missing in many establishments today. It's evident that the owner takes great pride in their cafe and in ensuring every customer's experience is memorable.I can confidently say that Sam's Cafe is a gem within the outlet mall, offering not just excellent coffee but also a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy your time there. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this cafe to anyone in search of a great coffee and an even greater experience.“
“The food and drinks are exactly what you'd expect for the cost. It's a great place to stop by if you're in a rush or just looking for a cheap breakfast. Highly recommend their breakfast burritos and frozen hot chocolate! Keep in mind that it is a drive-through only establishment, so you won't be able to sit down and eat. However, they have parking on the property where you can park and eat before driving off.Vegetarian options: If you just ask for no meat on their breakfast items you'll be fine.“
“I got called out for parking by the sidewalk. It did NOT say NO PARKING and I didn't want to park in a handicap spot. The employee indicated I should park in an ate CLEARLY marked NO parking or park in the rear of the building and walk all the way around to the front. I'm in my 70s and there was no entrance to the back of the building. I don't feel safe walking after dark from the back parking lot. There were NO other parking spaces in the front as one car was parked on the line taking up two places. The employee didn't care about my concerns. I left“
“Spending all of my working career in Customer Service is amazing that people do not know how to greet customers. The experience of my 2 stops at this location in the last 10 days shows that employees have no idea how to handle a extremely busy drive through. They have been rude and unfriendly. No "hello how can I help you today" no thank you come again. We're all working even when we stop for coffee and donuts. Let's be friendly and thankful.“
