The venue was clean & neat. Several woman were multitasking between drive through & counter orders. The wait was short!“

“This was my first, and second ever time going to a Tim Hortons. Mind you, I am from Massachusetts. Anyways, the fact that I got my sandwich before I had time to give the girl my card to pay for it blew me away. Both times I went. The sandwich was amazing and the coffee was like nothing else. Both very good. I am sad that I am back home to dunkin donuts. This location was amazing and if I come back to the fingerlakes this will be my first stop.“

“Ordered this for Christmas eve pick up for my son. He has been asking for one for 3 years. He said it was AMAZING. (Didn't eat the whole thing...although he tried.) Unbelievable for the price. “This is hands down, the BEST Starbucks in the Rochester area. I’ve frequented many in Rochester and in my travels. This Starbucks is hands down one of the best-run locations I’ve been to, because of the store manager, and what she does with the team. it’s clean, organized, and the energy is actually good which is rare. The drinks are consistently on point, made quickly, and you can tell the team actually cares about what they’re doing. They make the drive thru FUN! The baristas KNOW good customer service, and I attribute this to management. A lot of Starbucks lack on this - not this store.
The store manager herself sets that tone. She’s attentive, kind, and clearly leads her team in a way that makes people want to show up and do well. It shows in every interaction whether it’s a regular or someone coming in for the first time.
It’s the kind of place where you don’t just grab coffee. It enjoyable there!

“I must say that I was pretty impressed! I was there this past friday and it was extremely busy. Not just inside but drive thru as well. I am a regular customer and those ladies held it together and kept it moving. Food was fresh, workers were friendly and my coffee tasted better than ever! Kudos to the staff and props to the manager! “I've been going to this TH regularly for a few months now. I have not had a negative experience. Every employee I have encountered there is courteous and has exceptional customer service. “The manager there is amazing. I’m pretty sure her name is Katelyn. Her customer service is something I have never experienced. I live in Williamson and stop there one day cause I was passing through now I make it a regular thing to do. Me and my daughter go there and grab pizza and drinks. She makes us feel like family.“
