I LOVE their iced caps, tuna sandwich and chips or apple fritters. I can ONLY complain about how a lot of times they don't put my food in a bag.. I just went today and got my tuna sandwich, fritter and drink and they handed me my sandwich and then my fritter and it just doesn't feel sanitary as someone who has worked at 2 large fast food restaurant chains where you put EVERYTHING in a bag. Even if they come back for a fry, you put those fries in a bag. Not sure what's up with...read full review
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a cold pumpkin spice coffee I got halfway down the road drink it there was not one hint of pumpkin or spice in it it was a plain cold coffee for $6 they should get your order

They do their best it gets backed up sometimes but that's normal for any fast food business the employees are always nice to me and respectful ? as far as for the company Tim Hortons I wish they'd bring back the potato soup.
