I went there with my mom Saturday 6/7 got food it was good but .. she had to wait for her French vanilla longer then what she should of like 20 mins after we ordered and it also wasn't that busy ....one top of that the manager says to me to come in at 1pm Sunday so I do on time and she's off the clock and she admits to me that she was taking a nap in the office...she gives me the interview and on her end I think it was unprofessional to say the least she came out with no paper ploped in the chair leaning back with her arms crossed.....most unprofessional I've ever seen in my life ....I really wish I was making this up....I feel like I wasted my time because she didn't seem like she wanted to do it and she was clocked out while doing it ....

I LOVE their iced caps, tuna sandwich and chips or apple fritters. I can ONLY complain about how a lot of times they don't put my food in a bag.. I just went today and got my tuna sandwich, fritter and drink and they handed me my sandwich and then my fritter and it just doesn't feel sanitary as someone who has worked at 2 large fast food restaurant chains where you put EVERYTHING in a bag. Even if they come back for a fry, you put those fries in a bag. Not sure what's up with the inconsistencies there. I also had to carry my food in my hands when going into work since it wasn't in a bag. Can this please change?? It drives me NUTS!

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a cold pumpkin spice coffee I got halfway down the road drink it there was not one hint of pumpkin or spice in it it was a plain cold coffee for $6 they should get your order

Have been getting coffee and donuts every week after church, placing mobile orders, and going through the drive-through since it's drive-through only; assuming not enough staff/business for the lobby to be open. Staff is super friendly and patient.

Says they close at 2, then there’s a paper saying they close at 12 “until further notice” taped all around the building. “Drive thru only” as well. I show up at 10AM and they’re closed. What’s going on guys? I love Tim Hortons fr but this one is just…capital J-A-N-K.

I love Tim Hortans, but TM Newark is awful. It's only the TM that I have an issue. My order is never correct. Frozen Hot Chocolate, I get a black coffee. Bacon, egg, no cheese on an English muffin, I get a sausage on a plain bagel. Last time I got just an english muffin, not even toasted. I'll be the only person in line and thus happens. Its extremely frustrating. The order is correct on the screen, and they read it back correctly, but the food I receive is far from what I order.
