Got my typical Chai tea latte, which is my go-to and always delicious! Also, a doughnut. I don't typically go to this dunkin and was surprised how we were treated. The girl that was doing the drive-through was not friendly at all, and had a very negative attitude and actually laughed at my husband after he asked a question (he's not a frequent customer at dunkin like me) I won't have to go back there thankfully any time soon. The focus is clearly on the drive through. You can stand at register for 10 minutes before someone notices you due to the poor layout. The staff needs to pay more attention. The place was also very dirty.

I have got to say a big thank you to the ladies at the Newark Dunkin I came in as per usual to Dunkin to get my coffee and once again it is perfect! Thank you for your amazing service. Please keep in mind fellow consumers that some places aren't fully equipped with enough employees at time so please remember to be kind and please be patient it'll be so with it!
