When you charge $5 for an iced coffee with cold foam, you should use proper cold foam. This cold foam is awful quality and by the time my coffee was presented to me it was non-existing. Shame on you dunkin

Be sure to double-check your order before leaving, as mistakes can occur. Despite the chaos, the team handles difficult situations with grace. The restaurant has recently undergone upgrades and offers courteous and friendly service, although some customers wish for more selection options. Val worked the store all by herself one evening and efficiently got customers in and out, showing her dedication and excellent work. The coffee and plain donuts are tasty, though sometimes the donuts can be stale and need dunking to soften. The toasted sesame & everything bagels are flavorful, just ask for less cream cheese. The atmosphere gets only three stars because tabletops were often dirty, and while most employees worked quickly, one was busy socializing with a friend for the whole visit. This employee seemed unconcerned with the busy environment. Overall, the staff's effort is evident, and the recent upgrades have improved the experience, but cleanliness and attentive staff remain areas for improvement.
