i went to order my coffee and the worker looked at me and said "spspsps" and i said "what" and she goes "exactly, i can't hear you". I find this rude and disappointing from a worker who is supposed to welcome their guests. either train your workers better or fire them.

There's no orientation to the staff they all look lost and confused. The old lady on the register looks like she is running on fumes.

The older woman who took our order was rude and nasty. When my daughter's drink was made wrong and she asked for something different, the woman asked her, "why did she even order it?" Another staff person intervened and determined it was made incorrectly and was happy to make something else.

I was passing through Geneva and decided to get coffee. I ordered a hot coffee with cream/sugar in drive thru and was on my way. Only to find out 10 minutes down the road it was only hot black coffee. Highly disappointed and will not be going back!
This is the 4th time in 1 week that y'all messedd up. Can't even read the order that's typed out for ya. How you gonna give someone bacon when they asked for turkey sausage. How you give some one a carmel iced coffee when they ordered a chai latte. Meanwhile IM ALLERGIC TO TO CARMEL!!? Like come on! I can keep going but today the last day I give you my business!

Check your order before you leave or drive away. Ordered 5 donuts through app, only received 3. Coffee order was wrong despite ordering on app & specifying the flavor, sweetener, etc. Just so frustrating.

Staff here is so kind, accommodating and patient - the customers on the other hand were impatient, vile humans.I was stopping on my way through to a bachelorette party and They were SLAMMED during my visit.The amount of people complaining out loud to themselves that they "ordered online 10mins ago to avoid a wait" "this is so ridiculous", continually harassing the staff making drinks and touching every drink in the pickup area was wild to witness. (Yeah you lady in the Harley shirt pacing over her PSL glaring down staff over a 10 min wait, ffs)The way the staff handled these karen and kevins with grace was amazing. Cause these people were literally abusive.Do better. Be kinder.
