To whom it may concern; I am. I am VERY concerned.
My day started GOOD and NICE. I had a sanditch for breakfast at my house where I live. There was mannaise on it---my favorite. My grandson was nearby but I didn't really mind. To be honest, I forgot about him. Unfortunately, when I then later went to Venosta's Wine yard, I remembered my grandson. This is not a good memory for me to have.

The first window in the drive thru was unmanned so I went to the second one. Then someone demanded that I pay when I had my credit card already in my hand. This place is usually very busy at peak hours and maybe 9 times out of 10 I've waited at least 15 or 20 minutes in the drive thru. The food quality is very good, but the service is terrible.

McDonald's is a welcoming restaurant with a pleasant morning crew and a military discount at its Geneva location. The staff is fast, courteous, and accurate with orders, serving hot and fresh food. The restaurant has plenty of parking, including handicap spots, and is kid-friendly with fun seating. While the food quality can vary, the restaurant is generally clean and fair. Some of the best people work here and strive to please all customers. However, service at the counter can be incredibly slow and it is difficult to get the attention of staff. There is a high staff turnover rate due to management.
