I love this McDonald's! The Geneva location is one of very few that offer a military discount!! In fact, of all the fast food restaurants in Geneva, McDonald's IS THE ONLY restaurant that offers a military discount!!The order was spot on as always, the staff was fast and courteous, the food was hot, fresh, and exactly like I ordered!THANK YOU, Geneva McDonald's, for lookin out for those who served!!FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS from me!!!Parking: Plenty of parking with numerous Handicap parking spots!Kid-friendliness: Nice restaurant with fun seating.

Sat at the PA for 10 minutes before my order was taken. Sat in line for another 20 minutes to follow. Was charged for someone else's order. Took another 10 minutes to rectify that. Perhaps it was an off day but this location is falling downhill it seems. So sad.
We ordered a ice cream from the Geneva McDonald's yet it cost one dollar extra to put it in a cup,they never told us this and wouldn't let us have our money back.If you ask me this place is a rip off.

Ordered breakfast 2/3/24.I have never seen such a horrible looking bacon eggs & cheese biscuit in my like. Not too sure where this egg came from. Maybe the pancake platter that fell on the floor 3 days prior and was reheated and burnt?

The customer service here is horrendous. The employees will argue with you about what you ordered and paid for. The quality of the food is also bad. Burgers are dry and cheese is never melted.
