I would describe Fluffing Feathers & Flour as a hidden gem in Manchester, NY. I first discovered this bake shop last year when I had a doctor's appointment in the area. Stopped in for a post appointment treat and have visited regularly ever since. The shop is cozy and has a small seating area if you wish to eat in. My boyfriend and I come here to get a little something nearly every week and its by far our favorite place to get deserts and pastries! I've also purchased many gluten-free pastries and a beautifully decorated cake from them for my mother and they're super affordable and absolutely delicious; you'd have no idea they're gluten-free. Such a charming spot! I was warmlyGreeted by the owner when I arrived. Plenty of amazing selections to choose from. I got brownies, Swiss cake rolls and some whoopie pies. Everything was incredible! This will be my new “go to” bakery!
