Such a charming spot! I was warmlyGreeted by the owner when I arrived. Plenty of amazing selections to choose from. I got brownies, Swiss cake rolls and some whoopie pies. Everything was incredible! This will be my new “go to” bakery!

I would describe Fluffing Feathers & Flour as a hidden gem in Manchester, NY. I first discovered this bake shop last year when I had a doctor's appointment in the area. Stopped in for a post appointment treat and have visited regularly ever since. The shop is cozy and has a small seating area if you wish to eat in. The assortment of items available is large; breads, cookies, cheesecakes, croissants, cinnamon buns, cupcakes, cake pops, muffins, swiss rolls, and more! The staff are very kind and attentive. There are so many delicious baked goods that catch your attention and this often leads me to questions. They are always helpful and happy to tell me about the current selection. The prices are wonderful! I love their cheesecakes slices. They are huge and less than $5 dollars a slice. On our most recent visit we got something for each member of our family of 5 and it cost less than $10 dollars! I love that we have a local bakery so close to home with fresh, delicious, and affordable baked goods.

My boyfriend and I come here to get a little something nearly every week and its by far our favorite place to get deserts and pastries! I've also purchased many gluten-free pastries and a beautifully decorated cake from them for my mother and they're super affordable and absolutely delicious; you'd have no idea they're gluten-free. The owners are also super friendly and it's always so nice and pleasant chatting with them when we come in. I cannot recommend this place enough, and if you go definitley try their Banana Bread Cake and Carrot Cake, it's our favorites!!

Oh my! Discovered this small place almost by accident. Have had the sausage breakfast roll, bacon breakfast roll, S'Mores cupcake, Swiss chocolate roll, Swiss vanilla roll--I might not be naming them properly. My wife and I have enjoyed everything we've tried so far and can't wait for more. HIGHLY recommend this bakery! Not open every day; also available at a location in Phelps, NY.
