I got a matcha pretty late at like 7:30 and they forgot to turn the mic off and were complaining while we were about to take off about us. I do understand that it’s late and they’ve been working all day and want to go home, but it’s your job to make drinks. The drink however was very good.
Service was slow. The order was not right. It was corrected but server not happy to do so.
Very dirty. I am not sure when the floors and tables were washed last.
