This is my least favorite Dunkin. I'm not sure why, but whenever I order caramel drizzle I end up getting cinnamon ? Looking at other reviews I chalk it up to they just don't care. I use the Dunkin out in Auburn on my way to work during the week across from Bass Pro. They are spot on and their drinks literally come out "Picture Perfect". Spending all of my working career in Customer Service is amazing that people do not know how to greet customers. The experience of my 2 stops at this location in the last 10 days shows that employees have no idea how to handle a extremely busy drive through. They have been rude and unfriendly. No "hello how can I help you today" no thank you come again. We're all working even when we stop for coffee and donuts. Let's be friendly and thankful.
