Yummy food. Always fresh. Love the soda machine, lots of different choices. The inside was remodeled recently and the dining area was updated to a more modern look. It's always clean inside, including the restrooms. Staff is nice and when they made a mistake on my order 1 time, they were willing to fix it without question. Been going here since I was a little kid and glad this location is still around.
Today I ordered a regular hamburger for lunch in the drive through. There wasn’t a wait which was nice. The hamburger was lukewarm at best and I honestly only ate it because I was pretty hungry. It’s like it was just sitting around for some time before I got it. Also no napkins were given with my order. Definitely not impressed. Probably won’t be back to the Waterloo NY location ?

Friendly enough but looks like it does not get much business this time of year.Parking: Plenty of parking, maybe more than they need. Several Handicapped parking spots next to the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough but did not see electric doors and the doors are heavy. I am on crutches myself and thought the doors were heavy, two sets of doors, inner and outer.
