Amazing customer service!! I accidentally ordered takeout to this Applebee’s instead of Cortland. It was my error and I called to have them give my order to someone who needed it. They were so incredibly kind and still gave me my money back and I don’t even ask for it back!!!!! Amazing people still out there in this world !
Food is good, service is excellent, and atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable
Came in specifically to sit in Liz’s section after seeing how well she handles a busy floor, and she somehow exceeded expectations.
Service was spot on from start to finish. Drinks never sat empty, food came out exactly right, and everything was paced perfectly without ever feeling rushed. What really stands out is how naturally she connects with people, it doesn’t feel scripted or forced, just genuine and consistent.
