Went at 3pm on a Saturday and there was a long wait. Food and service was slow. Food was good but took 2 hours between waiting to be seated and waiting on wait staff and Food.Dietary restrictions: They were not accommodating for swapping shrimp that I'm allergic to for something else.
Our waitress named Jenna S. Was hands down best waitress we have ever had anywhere. She was incredibly nice and patient, great with us asking questions and explaining the menu too us.

Watching or server, Michael, fluidly work his section was a truly nice experience. I tried the new tex mex shrimp bowl and was pleasantly surprised at the large quantity of shrimp. The bowl itself was artistically section style, plated. The whole experience, on a busy Friday night, changed prior feelings of disappointment. Thank you Michael and staff of Auburn 's Applebee's
