I order a supreme Stromboli, and it only had bacon in it. They sent a diet Pepsi when I ordered Pepsi. I never got my fried dough but wasn't charged for it either. The delivery girl was wonderful.

The family that owns it does nothing but argue and mess up orders infront of costumers. When I went to order the few times I did there would constantly be problems with undercooked food or even getting the complete wrong order. When the delivery girl came to my door she gave me attitude and then sat infront of my house on her phone for over 30 minutes. They let their disrespect attitudes get in the way of having a successful business. I would recommend any other pizza shop in auburn ny before I’d recommend the disgusting mess up that BB’S pizza is.

Very friendly atmosphere and my pizza was absolutely amazing I got a Hawaiian pizza and it was huge! Very filling and greatly priced, would recommend to anyone looking for a great pizza

Picked up 4 steak and cheese subs tonight and garlic knots tonight. They were the best! Thank you guys for the great food and the amazing friendly service. Definitely recommend them.

Tried the traditional pizza, on several relatives recommendations, and it was FANTASTIC! I ? pizza and have found a new favorite place! Great pizza!

Sadly the service has overshadowed to quality of the food... Multiple times. I stopped going here after the last time I went in and my gf and I had to wait for wings they forgot to make because they were busy having a yelling match... Which continued while we awkwardly waited. This was a while ago but two times in a row before that our order was incorrect.
Bought 6 slices of pizza they were delicious. There was not a friendly atmosphere everyone talks about I did not feel it and neither did my kids. Charged 2.50 for a water then wanted a doller to refill. Was acused of stealing the second drink saying it was hi c. Still sitting right there in front of the shop eating. Anyway It was water but there machine is broken and sends out some hi c while Xdispensing water. I could see the confusion but the way me and my family we're treated by the staff does not say friendly or proper costomer service. I will say in the past this was a good place to eat and had friendly folks working. Went really downhill.
