The place is clean, workers are polite and attentive, and the drive-thru moves quicklyIf you are passing through and see this before you see McDonald's do not pass up Burger king! The McDonald's across the street will have you wait 20 minutes to order, another 20 to get your food which will be really bad and something missing

Pretty good and when they screw up, they make it right ASAP. Admittedly, my bar is pretty low after patronizing the McDonald’s down the street. At least BK cooks their chicken!

Bill deserves to win employee of the year at the Burger King in Auburn, NY, and a couple of the other managers there are good. Bill is the best. When he is there, the place runs like a well-oiled machine. However, when he's not there the place is bedlam. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. They don't greet you and openly ignore you when you speak to them. Their tray that catches food is often full and getting cold yet with many employees standing around doing nothing. It's not that they're short-staffed as much as some people work there and others stand around. It's not okay to ignore customers when the wait is 30 minutes+.

I do too know his name but the guy who has pink finger nails, can stop slamming people's foods on the counter and stop being pissy, if he has a problem he should go home, was there last night doordashing and there 3 different times, everytime you could just see the attitude in him and mouthing things, it was super slow there as well to get food out to everyone, he literally was the only one, everyone else was super friendly and nice

Was there twice yesterday. Didn't get my order right but I was already on 690 .and didn't have time to go back. Went later in the afternoon and waited about 25 minutes for my order. When i got home my wife said did you drive back through again you got charged for another order . I didn't drive through again. So I was charged for someone else's order also . You need to take you people to Auburn New York and have their Manger train them .they are like a well oiled watch .

Typical fast food place. I get the big fish and a order of fries here. The fish always seems freshly made. The fries are so much better than it's competitors fries. Haven't received cold fries from here yet. They have ample parking. Usually a big line for the drive thru around lunch .Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

For service I would give zero if I could ALL THE MANAGERS does not implement CLEANLINESS, SANITIZING OR PROPERFOOD HANDLING! especially the man with the ponytail he is the nastiness manager of them all, when I say EVERY employees picks up a crate with their gloves and then instead of changing the gloves after picking up the crate they go back to fixing and touching on food like that is sanitary and it's not I told the manager (man with ponytail) that his workers just pick up a crate to get bread a nasty crate that sits on the floor and he looked at me and said okay, and went back to working and never said to the employee to change their gloves. This is probably where I got the H-pylori from a bacteria infection of the stomach (not a normal infection must be treated with 3 different antibiotics) and if not treated it will cause stomach cancer. This will be my last day eating here. And it's sad because you call corporate and complaints go no where apparently this is the worse burger I ever been too!
BK is my favorite of the fast food stops. This particular BK in Auburn NY is among the best (consistently) in quality of food, cleanliness & the I'll service with a smile.On this latest visit I saw only 4 employees at work and they were ? cheerful with each other & customers, kept the orders flowing and there was no young adult/ teen drama found in other fast food restraunts. I actually have stopped going to the Clay NY BK due the surly employees, food errors and bad taste of food as well as the mess at that location. ?Auburn BK is worth the visit!

They could not he me I ordered on Doordash and and didn't get my food and now I'm out almost 30 I have email and it said that it could not be delivered had to pick up gave me a receipt number so I called burger King and the stupid manager got rude with me and was not trying to help and the person the food was for is disabled and now still hungry
