I arrived at the to go window and waited for about 10 minutes to pick up my 65$ order. I had the bar tended look at me at least 3 times and she didn’t even get anyone to help cash me out. I finally called back to the kitchen and someone cashed me out. In good faith I left a tip without checking my bags. When I got home, my daughters order was completely wrong and my fajitas had no actual flour fajitas tortillas with them. Very disappointing to drive 25 min to get home and discover your meal is not complete and lacking some of the order.

I honestly loved this Chilis. However when I learned they don’t follow proto and fired Tony, it was clear we wouldn’t come back. Tony kept things high and tight, making sure to deliver 10/10 service. Some chomos lied about Tony and in turn, got him fired. I absolutely won’t be coming up in May.

I used to always take my Uvers to this Chili's when I would visit Auburn to stay at my moms house. My friend Brent Chrystals and I would go specifically to see my boy Tony Johns. After taking our order he would always emphatically say "We up outa here!" He was awesome! I can't believe they canned him! They did my boy dirty! Next time I'm in town I will be eating at Carl's Jr or Ruth's Chris' instead.

The management here fired their most talented server, Tony. I drove my wife and kids 45 minutes each Thursday, specifically to see Tony. His customer service and sales skills were the best. He cared about all of his guests and always reminded us to take our Uvers. I will sadly be taking my business elsewhere. Do better Chilli's.

We went tonight January 17th about 4 o'clock our waitress was great but the food was terrible the hamburger had so much grease on it and instead of fries we got 4 asparagus and had to pay extra for that. When we first got there we sat in booth tv was so loud if you tried to have a conversation you couldn't hear each other finally our waitress turned volume down a little then the kitchen started playing music my husband and I couldn't hear each other talk the manager never said anything the waitress had to have them turn it down. You guys should go to applebees or Dennys to see what a real cheeseburger looks like. Never again very bad experience

The food was good and tasty. The place wasn't too crowded but the service was a bit behind it seemed. The atmosphere was engaging.

Food is always terrible but Tony John’s selling skills and customer service always kept me coming back. He was a straight up dude and always tried to be nice while keeping it high and tight. I think I speak for everyone when I say chilis in auburn NY did him dirty and that ain’t right

Went to this location for lunch. We were sat and then 20 minutes passed and not even a hello. We finally stood to leave and a waitress asked what we needed to drink we said no thank you and walked out. Tables who were sat after us were getting service. Will never return.

Ordered a delivery order at 6:40, I didn’t receive it until almost 8:30 which is whatever, I know they have to wait for delivery drivers to pick up orders. What I didn’t expect was spending $75+ on food on my birthday just for it to feel like it sat in a fridge. I called to speak to a manager just to be told, “sorry we don’t have a place to keep orders warm.” I really can’t wrap my head around that, you’re literally a restaurant, you can’t keep food warm? It sat there for that long and you guys were comfortable just letting it go out the door in the state it was in because it’s inconvenient for you to make it right and make sure someone’s food leaves the restaurant in a decent state. That’s crazy to me. This is the second time I’ve gotten horribly cold food from them, I just wanted to give it a second try today since I really like Chili’s but I don’t have a car. Oh well, learned my lesson and I just won’t order again.

Never received the text that my order was ready. Had to call the restaurant after I waited 30 min.; so my food had been sitting since their text system didn't work. No more curbside delivery.
