Went here with a work group for their advertised "$6 Patron Margaritas", which we very clearly asked for. Upon receiving the bill, they charged us $11 each. When we questioned it we were given a hard time. The waitress acknowledges that we did in fact ask for the $6 special, and seems to have intentionally up charged the table for her own benefit. The management response felt like an interrogation. Many from the group do not feel comfortable returning to this facility because they were made uncomfortable.

4/14/24 went in with another couple. The waitress took our order and didn't write anything down. Who was she trying to impress. Waited 15 minutes for chips and salsa. My husband's salad went back to the kitchen 3 times b4 it was right. The rest of us were more than half way through our meal. Never got a sorry, never got a discount on his meal. It's the last time we visit Auburn chilis. Place was pretty empty at the time as well.

Tried something different and of course wife and I loved it service environment was great love chilies and all the employees everyone I go in gives you the same service great training ?
They literally make you wait double the time when you order to go it defeats the whole purpose, it’s honestly so disappointing. When you go inside to eat usually it’s not terrible the food sometimes is a hit or miss, but the service inside is good! Just for the love of god don’t waste your time with to go orders your waiting at least an hour ? your welcome!
