Ordered food on veterans day with my Grandparents (which my grandfather is a veteran) and we decided to get some chipotle and 3 of us got bowls and my grandmother got a quesadilla which in her quote said “looks like a glob” and very messy and the quesadilla was soggy. the bowls were good. but we ordered chips and guacamole and when we opened the bag when we got home there were no chips or guacamole in the bag. so we tried to call but no one answered. very disappointed.

I love Chipolte but often the employees here are not quite friendly, or are busy discussing other things and aren't quite interested in being personable. The steak is always a little too overdone.
We were excited when Chipotle opened a location in Auburn, NY and surprised how quickly it's gone down hill. I love the food and keep going back to support hoping things will improve. Sadly, after 8 visits I'll drive to Camillus to get my Chipotle fix. I would urge someone from Corporate make a surprise visit to see how filthy the tables, floor, & bathrooms. Many times the toppings and/or protein isn't available. I've given up any hope that anyone from Chipotle are attempting to turn this

I think this has improved since it first opened. I had a really good burrito a few days ago and everything was warm. The only thing I saw was a few messy tables.

I hate to complain but this was really a terrible experience, I ordered online pickup , which was pretty promptly made, however the bag looked like it had been thrown when I picked it up (annoying but not a big deal). When I opened the bag the burrito was half undone and the tinfoil didn't even cover it, again annoying but not a huge deal. However, on my first few bites I felt something sharp when I bit down and felt blood in my mouth, and there were sharp bits of bone throughout my chicken burrito. I understand they use chicken thighs so bones are a possibility but overall this was an absolutely awful experience and I wont be dining here again. Go to mesa grande
