We got Dillys for the first time today… and i cannot understate how impressed we are. The milkshakes are unbelievably good. The banana cream and fruity pebbles ones are big hits, possibly the best shakes we've ever had. The tater tots were perfectly crisp and salted. The staff was lovely. We will be back to try every milkshake flavor. THANK YOU DILLY.

Went there with a friend for the first time. Both of us asked for medium rare burgers, both came out well done. Cheese was like plastic and barely edible and the bun was as hard as a rock. $50 for 2 burgers with fries and 2 milkshakes. Milkshakes are the only good thing about this place.

I had heard of Dilly’s but I had not been able to try it yet. On a snowy work day my coworker and I ordered Dilly’s from DoorDash. The food arrived carefully packaged. We loved that the sauces for our chicken sandwiches came on the side. I loved my sweet potato fries. They tasted homemade. We loved our orders and I will definitely be back to try them again.

This food place is located in finger lakes mall food court.Ordered two Cajun grilled chicken sandwiches. They were pretty busy. Busiest I've ever seen the mall. Everyone seemed to be eating here. So it took us over 20 minutes to get our food. It was steaming hot and fresh off the grill. Let me tell you what .They are SPICY ! We love spicy so we liked it. Overall I enjoyed it. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Service was fast and friendly, burger was good and very large, and the milkshake was a treat.
Shame about the mall, but I imagine it was very nice in its heyday.
