Very nice atmosphere good prices. The staff were friendly. The Barista was friendly but the customer service was a little lacking luster. I ordered and paid for a specific drink and waiting while the other members of my party got their orders. I went to the counter and asked for my drink only to be told they were out and didn’t want to make more bc it was a waste. They offered an alternative but never took the initiative to find me and offer something different. I’m guessing it was lack of experience. I will definitely go back! I also recommend. But this is why I didn’t give the 5th star.

James and Michael were so helpful helping me pick out the chocolate I needed. They were so very friendly and all smiles. I love the service and chocolate here. I come here ALL the time!! Absolutely recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Visited here a while back with my friend who lives in Marcellus. I have a weird allergy and the manager went above and beyond in reaching out to the chocolatier to make sure I could safely enjoy the sweets - which were delicious! 12/10, I'd do a sixth star if I could! I had 2 chocolates and a coffee which were fantastic. I'm particularly partial to the star decorated one (sorry I forgot the name) which was fruit filled!

Their latte is absolutely delicious—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. It’s a bit of a drive from Skaneateles, but always worth it. Their chocolates and baked goods are top-notch, and the coffee? Hands down the best in town.

I entered the facility for the first time looking forward to a cup of coffee. I was Completely ignored by Two employees even after trying both sections of the counter. I left. The biggest shame is that I'm unable to leave ZERO Stars which would match the complete lack of acknowledgment that I received.

Best chocolates I have ever had . Ever !

It's worth the drive across the city just for the people and atmosphere alone. We waited all summer for this shop to open and finally made it over there. The shop attendants are awesome and customer service amazing. The coffee was good and they have some really interesting chocolate flavors. I bought a few chocolates to give away and everyone marveled over how beautiful they are and how good the chocolate is. This will definitely be a repeat stop for us.

Marcellus is lucky to have this gem of a cafe! The baristas are joyful and skilled, and the atmosphere has that small-town, classic charm. It’s the perfect spot to sip a tasty latte and catch up with a friend or chomp on some lucious chocolate while getting some work done in their WiFi. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Gretchen!

This place has the most beautiful and unique chocolate! The staff are all friendly! I think I met the owner, and she is friendly and helpful! I'll definitely be visiting here again!
